Miguel holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Seville and has more than 20 years’ experience in the business sector. Since his appointment as CEO of the company, Prodiel has grown from 100 to more than 2,400 employees and its turnover has increased by more than 600%. During this period, the internationalisation of the organisation has been consolidated, with a permanent presence in nine countries. He is currently leading the process of re-founding the company, adapting it to a new strategic approach for the sector.

He has a consolidated professional career with more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies and international markets, specialised in the large civil works infrastructure sector. He has developed his professional career almost exclusively in the ACS Group, where he held remarkable positions, such as, Project Manager of tunnels and motorway infrastructures in Spain, Project Manager in Dragados in the Australian subsidiary and Project Manager of the “Forth Replacement Crossing” bridge in Edinburgh (United Kingdom), a representative work as it is the largest bridge in the United Kingdom and the second largest in Europe.

Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in construction. He has primarily developed his career at Dragados, S.A., leading teams in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments in Spain and Poland, where he served as Project Manager for the construction of the largest retention dam in the country. In 2019, he joined Prodiel as Project Leader, launching the company’s first project in Australia. Since 2020, he has held positions as Director of Planning & Control and EPC Director.

Lawyer with more than 15 years of work experience. Carlos has extensive experience as head of the legal departments of leading companies in the environmental and renewable energy sectors. He is specialised in general legal advice on large renewable energy projects, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, EPC contracts and negotiation and management of all types of commercial contracts.

Graduate in Business Administration and Management with almost thirteen years of experience as Financial Controller in multinational companies in the industrial sector and more than two years in auditing and financial consultancy. Antonio has a solid financial background, with international experience in accounting and management control.

José Diego holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Seville. He has a consolidated professional career in the renewable energy sector and extensive experience in international markets. José Diego has developed his professional career in companies such as Astilleros de Sevilla, Abengoa or Siemens Energy, occupying positions of responsibility in the purchasing areas of various projects, most of them international, located in countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United States or Morocco.

Management Systems Professional, especially in Quality and Environment areas, with more than 15 years of experience in multinational companies, leaders in the renewable energy, engineering and industrial sectors. Experience in certification audits, implementation of Management Systems, process management and support for the improvement of efficiency, effectiveness and synergy of the organisation’s internal processes to the Top Management, as well as the strategic plans to be developed. Management of sustainability policies based on an ESG standard.

Carolina holds a degree in Labour Sciences from the University of Seville and has more than 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary environments within the renewable sector. She has developed her professional career in multinational companies such as Abengoa and Prodiel, in international and dynamic environments having an integral point of view, which is typical of her role.

Martín has a degree in Communication Sciences, more specifically in the field of Advertising and Public Relations. He has almost 20 years of experience in the field of communication and design, with a multidisciplinary profile that gives him a 360º vision of communication. He has worked in both the private sector (in particular, in engineering and renewable energy multinationals) and in the public sector.
